Se me va cerrando una vez al momento de hacer split over con otra aplicación. La otra vez tuve que cerrarla porque empezó a reproducir dos audios del mismo video al mismo tiempo. Sería bueno que al momento de acceder a las opciones del video, no aparezca el menú en toda la parte superior sino solo en la esquina superior derecha.

Me gusta la aplicación y los cursos que brindan. Sin embargo, me parece que es difícil decidir pagar la versión premium dado que es un monto un poco elevado. Me gustaría poder pagarlo en partes.

There’s no Sign in with Google. The web has it, so I can’t log in to watch the videos.

Tres meses a un precio bajísimo

I am so frustrated with this app. I downloaded (yes, I verified) two courses so I could use them on a transatlantic flight. I was able view one class only because I had started the class, and left it open before boarding. Even then the video controls were unresponsive and I could not pause the class which required a restart of the phone. There is a button which says, “Go to Downloads” when you are offline. It has never worked. The app does nothing when you click on the button. My phone is the latest iPhone, and I am adept at technology. It would be better to offer no offline use than provide a subpar experience. I do love Skillshare, but this app needs work.

Do you remember that episode of “Black Mirror” where the woman didn’t read the fine print? Read your fine print if you are signing up for a trial longer than 7 days. I’m not saying you will meet the same fate as Joan, btw

This company will charge you $100 a year and not give you access to any videos and will make you pay more to gain access. What was the point of charging my account then? Don’t trust this company .

Do NOT sign up for a free month trial! Despite cancelling the trial subscription, Skillshare took money out of my debit account and I am now out $230!! They lied about sending a reminder email which I NEVER received, and conveniently locked me out of their system once I cancelled so I couldn’t get confirmation of my cancellation! This has happened to HUNDREDS of people as documented on Reddit, TrustPilot, & the Better Business Bureau. I reached out to Skillshare customer service and they were dismissive and manipulative, completely ignoring the fact that I had cancelled the subscription well before the trial ended, and blatantly refused my multiple requests for a refund. As a parent of two little kids who is just scraping by this holiday season, I am absolutely distraught by this behaviour and will be filing complaints with all the aforementioned agencies, as well as with the Attorney General.
