They used my credit card without my permission
They used my credit card without my permission, I unsubscribed because all the lectures are beginner level and not as professional as in other learning apps, so they just charged me again for a whole year without any warning and without my permission activated my account, Stay away don’t believe your favorite YouTubers with the sponsors from this app, they are a scam! I been waiting now a whole day for a email response on the problem but they are no where to be found
Charging when canceled- beware!!!
I got a one year discount last year and happily subscribed. Since I noticed I didn’t use this service much, I cancelled it months before the renewal. To my surprise not only did they reactivate my account and charged me again, they charged me for about 3 times over!!!! Scammers!!! Warning everyone to stay away from this horrible service!!!
Save your soul, don't pay for the paid subscription
If you want to terminate the membership after one year, even on the same day, they are going to charge you and will refuse to refund you. I have all prove in my email box.

Beware - they do billing tricks
Beware, watch closely their billing policies. After paying for the first yearly subscription, I cancelled the second (due to lack of interesting courses, I almost never used it), the problem is that I did it 2 weeks after paying, but they wouldn’t refund me because they have 7 days only return policy......
Was great until iOS 14. Useless ever since.
I cannot use the app on iPad (2019 model) ever since the upgrade to iOS 14. Contacted support but they have no ETA or another solution. Pretty disappointing for a subscription that costs 100 dollars a year.
