Poor experience due to low quality streaming
Using a 60+ Mbps connection (based on fast.com) videos wouldn’t not load or would run at 480p. You can’t force HD streaming from the app, so I was left at 480p when they did load. Obviously I can’t see anything at that resolution. Until they fix their infrastructure for better streaming, I definitely don’t recommend paying for this.
They just want your money
I haven’t used the app.But it’s no problem because i forgot to cancel my free trial and now i have to use it for a whole year without being able to get a refund even though i would want one. It was totally my fault for not reading carefully the small things that they give you in paranthesis or the things that they purposefully left out before signing up. For example, they will email you before recharging you money but only after they get some money from you. If you use a free trial they won’t give you a single update or a single email that notifies anything for a month purposefully.If it was any other company that respects itself it wouldn’t require on such tactics to take your money. So even if i didn’t use the app, it doesn’t take a lot of brain power to understand that this app is a complete scam and it’s fair to say that it’s not for the people in the least.

the temporary charge they withdraw at the start of your trial is not at all temporary. it has been a week and i still didn’t get it back
