It’s been at least 5 years I’m using and there is no navigation at all. Looks like they don’t use any of our feedback

Total fraud Debited amount from my bank account for 1499/-INR and never gave full access to the app ! Asking me to pay again ! Raised a complaint and it’s 2 months no response !

For the love of God, I couldn’t sign in, wouldn’t accept my credentials nor let me reset them. What do I do with this app?

Skillshare has been my go to learning app for a long time now, it still is but the in app video player is horrible, there is no way to control the quality and video automatically switches to 144p even at best internet connection. I am having so much trouble watching the lessons on iPad. Please fix this issue and give manual controls for video quality control.

I have high speed internet connection, but app still shows me the worst quality of video. And there is no option to set the quality of the video.

Best and affordable

There is no option to select quality of video like 1080p as a result Iam getting blurry video even though I had high speed internet…. So kindly give option to select quality

It’s a great app which has helped me improve my art a lot

I have been a loyal Skillshare user since 2019, appreciating the platform for its valuable content and diverse courses. However, my experience with the Skillshare app on both my iPad and iPhone has left me frustrated and disappointed. The primary issue revolves around the app's inability to download courses exceeding 2-3 hours in length. The download process halts abruptly after a few lessons or modules, leaving the user stranded with a spinning wheel of frustration. Despite reporting this issue multiple times to Skillshare's support team, I have yet to receive a satisfactory resolution. On May 1 2023, I raised a support ticket. Despite consistent follow-ups until July 2023, the only response I received was a series of apologetic and vague messages expressing appreciation for my patience. On July 13, 2023, Skillshare informed me that they were aware of the issue but provided no concrete timeline for resolution. As the year draws to a close, the problem persists, and there seems to be no fix in sight. While the content on Skillshare remains valuable, the functionality of the app leaves much to be desired. It is disheartening to witness a platform I have been a part of for several years fall short in addressing a critical technical glitch.

It’s a wonderful app. The only major issue I feel is that we pay for something which is temporary. So after the subscription ends, all the downloads are gone. So incase if we missed noting down the import points in any course then it’s gone in vain. I feel that’s not right. I would really appreciate if you let us keep the downloads for lifetime as most of the other apps do. It will help people to learn more accordingly to their convince .
