Helpful but buggy
Nothing to complain about with the exercises, but the app needs some fixing. First, I keep getting the 10am notification even though I’ve set the notification to 8pm (which I still get). Second, the exercises can get stuck or end prematurely (usually happens in the last set of the last chewing exercise) if you decide to skip or pause them at any point.
