I use the Seven minute app for short in time workouts (when not in gum) and the Bend app for my wellbeing in overall. I had never done in my life stretches or mobility exercises but this app really motivates me. It’s fast, easy with funny cartoon models and its minimalistic interface 👏🏼
The Best!!!
It’s a great concept and I love the function and design of the app. Really aesthetically pleasing and the design is pretty user friendly. I also like having the ability to find diagrams and explanations for each pose. There is one thing that I really dislike about this, you can only do one routine a day. I understand the need for the subscription but maybe bring the minimum per day to 3-5 because I would like to do the wake up, sleep, and some of the other ones as warmups for my workout. It was really frustrating to go in and try to do the sleep routine only to find out that I had already reached my max for the day. Otherwise great, would just really appreciate the increase in the amount of workouts you can do a day.
The reminders to stretch
Simple. Customizable. Effective.
I downloaded this app, went through the onboarding process, and then got a popup offer for a lifetime subscription discount that will go away forever if I close it. I haven’t even had the chance to try the app yet, and you want me to throw $25 at it in the hopes that I will like it. At least let me get through the first workout. Then I might have subscribed. This just felt like a ham-fisted shakedown and now I don’t even want to try the app at all, knowing I’d have to pay more later. It’s insulting.
The app is great and my body feels so much better after I complete the stretches, but I would love it if there were modifications for some of the stretches for individuals with bad knees.
Simple and affordable
Love the app! Love the notifications that remind me to stretch or at least try to get back into it with a “streak restore”. Also love the customization available for different routines.
