Our dashboard displays your streaks and analytics to track your progress and you can set reminders to help motivate you to stretch every day. Check your Bendometer as a quick way to see how consistent you’ve been stretching over the last few weeks. We recommend trying to keep your Bendometer score above 90%!

Only thing I miss is more targeted programs for capoeira, and other spesiffic sports/dance. Maybe also somthing like a month long plan.😊

Would love more detailed custom routines

Love the app! And I just started making custom routines, which I found surprisingly difficult, due to the lack of a search function. Would love to see the addition of this. I would also love to be able to make custom pauses and intervals on specific stretches.
