Useless app no demonstration

Save yourself the cash and just watch YouTube stretching videos because this useless app doesn’t have any videos or animation to demonstrate how to do the stretching exercises.

No real value

This app ranks among the least effective fitness apps available. It offers only a simplistic stationary display without any practical exercises, verbal instructions, or interactive features. It fails to deliver value even as a free application, and it certainly doesn’t justify any payment.
