Everything is locked behind a paywall except for a five minute stretching exercise.

It’s simple, and there’s a lot of variety. The setup asks you when you want to bend and then reminds you which is super helpful. I think it would be good if there were recommendations for different types so that you ensure you get variety and aren’t missing parts of the body.

Literally can’t do anything without paying. You can only do a 5 min wake up stretch. Might as well advertise as a paid app cus you can’t do ANYTHING once you open it

I downloaded had to have the yearl amount in my account. Then, I looked it over for 10 minutes and knew it wasn’t what I wanted. Didn’t want the year paid to them so changed it to month. I unsubed and looks like I still have to pay for 1 month! 10 minutes was all it took for me to unsubscribe and apple wont refund me. I want my money back.

Experience levels don’t change

I paid for the cheapest yearly membership that states access to everything. This is day 2. I have year of experience in yoga but getting back into it after considerable time off. I’m 63 female. Day 1 set profile to experience level intermediate intending to modify movements when needed. 35 minute full body ended with “plow”. Could not remember a modification for that so day two changed experience level to beginner. 15 minute routine had fewer movements but same, just removed some. Ended again with “plow”???. Could it find on app information on modifying challenging movements. Only change in flow was less movements so less lower back warm up. A beginner with no knowledge of yoga ( because we know that’s what this is) would Be very discouraged. I don’t expect any response from developers and will give it a month before cancelling.
