I downloaded the app. Made an account. Spent like five minutes scrolling through the feed. Deleted my account.

The information presented in this article is eye-opening. I did not realize how many Christians have not been voting in elections elections and that how many are not even registered to vote. I’m also surprised (although I shouldn’t be) about the deceptive wording in the abortion proposal. All Christians need to be made aware of this information ASAP. And hopefully vote for what is right

I muted a commentator the first time I saw them recommended. The app is still sending me notifications for this commentator whom I never followed and actively muted. Lame. Fine other wise.

It’s so refreshing to have someone writing from a personal perspective the truth of how both candidates are going about this campaign. My spirits were uplifted the day Biden announced his withdrawal and then Kamala jumped in the way she has! I can’t wait to watch her eviscerate little donnie in the Sept. 10th debate. Hopefully she will ask him why he cheats at golf - which is well documented- and secondly why he cannot tell the truth. Both of these questions will fluster him since they cannot have been anticipated nor prepared for. I love the positivity of having a woman of color defeating an old white guy that’s such a narcissist lying racist!!

Developers have made it difficult to login using passwords. Dark patterns are used to steer users to use magic links for login. Also they force you to go through a data collection workflow of collecting your "interests" before you can use the app. Ostensibly this is so they can spam you with suggestions on new substacks to follow…

It’s not often that I encounter an app as bad as this. I’ve been gifted articles that I can’t access unless I create a new account. I’ve been asked to create a profile multiple times after creating a profile. There seems to be no connection whatsoever between confirmation links and the app — nor, in fact, to the website. I’d like to subscribe to a few Substacks, but I’m not about to do that if I have to create a new profile — or wipe and reinstall the app — every time I want to read an article.
