Good app with minor bugs (saved story’s not visible)
Good app with good useability.
The only problem that I have is the recurring problem that my saved story’s are not showing up.
They are not visible, only showing a blank page. Please fix it it’s really annoying.
Great articles
Nicely built app, however, a bit more focus on European football and Champions League rather than the profound focus on Premier League would be nice.
Great stories, great app
Finally convinced me to give it a try - and can’t complain! Good stories nice to read, great research and amazing podcast section! Would be cool to include more podcasts of the team missing some of my favorite ones though
A1
Best sports journalism you will find. From college football to premiere league, the staff is as good as it gets.
Best Sports App
After painfully using ESPN’s clunky app for years, I finally called it quits and made the switch to The Athletic. This app has a better looking and responsive interface, quality articles, and active live blogs and chats for games. Should have made the switch years ago. Subscription is worth it IMO.
Great content, poor interface with NYTimes app
If you click a linked article from digital NYTimes and then get prompted to open the app, you get into a do loop of signing in and then can’t find the article you clicked from.
Rascal
Excellent articles. Excellent writers who are well-informed, and who also provide useful and insightful analysis.
Terrific, informative, great stories!
I depend on the Athletic’s reporting, and love their stories.
Too many loading issues on iPhone
Articles often do not load well on the app.
Horrible App.
Crashes constantly on I-phone. Impossible to read a single article without re-loading multiple times. Disappointing for a paid site. Get the basics down!
