This app is not at all optimized for non English speakers. The options are so limited that basically the only thing you can do is draw sketches, which can be done for far less than the absurdly high price of 120€ per year. Would not recommend.
My daughter loves tiny tap games and learning. We had an issue with our account and our annual membership disappeared in customer service was able to help me and reinstate my membership for my daughter to resume her learning.
Paid the subscription for a year and none of my child’s progress is saved. Contacted customer support and they wanted me to try a multitude of things and it did work to uninstall and reinstall. For a minute. Now it doesn’t even remember I paid for a year much less the child’s progress. GET A DIFFERENT APP

My son loves playing his “games” on the phone—he doesn’t realize he’s actually doing “school” while playing Tiny Tap! It’s so much fun for him AND 2 of my other kids as well! GREAT JOB!!!!
I downloaded the app and deleted the same day. Went through all the steps to make sure I had no substance they still end up charging me $3 for something and $59 for something. Been trying to talk to a human for 4days now. I do not recommend this app.
I recently tried to subscribe and the message said $5.99 for a month. They ended up taking away the yearly subscription, which is annoying and unfair. At that moment, I asked for a refund and they sent me an email saying it's not refundable. Why isn't it refundable? I haven't even used the app and they also have misleading information. I'm very upset. They can't play so dirty.

Very glitchy and app freezes
I canceled my subscription more than a year ago and now I see you guys charged another year subscription in May … how is that possible? Can you please make the refund and never ever charge me again for this app. It was a good app but we don’t needed any more. Thanks
