Excellent Customer Service
The app is great. Offered a great variety for my child to be engaged and learn but my son still was not able to navigate it on his own ( he is 4, my son is a bit behind for his age therefore that might have had something to do with it). However this review is particularly for their customer service. I originally reached out with a concern and their team was fast to respond and resolved my issue very fast. For this reason I will sign up again once my son is able to be more independent with the app.

Great Customer Service
We unfortunately surpassed the trial period before I was able to have my children try the app, so I do not have an opinion of the app itself. However, I do want to say that customer service was exceptional.
