The app doesn't work because of technical errors
Disappointed to use any version of the application. Always and always got technical errors and even couldn't manage my flight, neither on the app nor website.
Some issues
Sometimes cant select the right answer, it keeps reseting. So there is issues with the app.
Completely unusable
It’s slow and crashes constantly. The app doesn’t allow you to print a boarding pass and signs you unexpectedly out. UI is ok but it doesn’t matter if users can’t manage their check-in and they can’t even..

Maalesef mobil uygulamanızda çok büyük güvenlik sorunu var . Bilgim dahilinde olmadan hesabımdaki tüm miller kullanılmış ve nereye gittiği belli değil.üstelik acil bilet almam gerekiyor birde hesabıma bloke konmuş biletimi alamıyorum . Müşteri hizmetlerini arıyorum hiç kimse ile görüşemeden bir mesaj atıp telefonumu yüzüme kapatıyorlar . Böyle büyük bir şirketin uygulamasında nasıl böyle sorunlar çıkar . Anlamıyorum

Fiyatlar çok pahalı ve böyle olmamamlı, insanlar tatil mi yapacak ailesiyle bayramlaşmaya mı gidecek yoksa parasını uçak biletine verip gittiği yerde rezil mi olacak. Birazcık insaflı okunmasını istiyoruz fiyatlar konusunda.
