Frustrating
Sent me in circles for about an hour. Still unable to check-in. And then when check-in was completed was unable to issue one of the boarding passes for one of my connecting flights. Poorly designed.

Pathetic app
Clearly the developers are not doing their job of fixing bugs and getting paid for doing nothing. Bugs in online check in process. Expected more from a quality airline like this. Even fix bugs in your date picker. Even university students can do that

Çok saçma bir durum daha yazın tatilde öğrenci olarak alırken bugün hala öğrenci olmama rağmen sırf 25 yaşına girdiğim için artık biletlemede sadece yurtdışında 34 yaşına kadar öğrencilik kullanabiliyorken yurtiçinde ise kullanamıyorum saçmalık
Uygulama yavaş çalışıyor ve uçuşlarımı göstermiyor
Uygulama arayüzü yavaş ve geç tepki veriyor. Uçuş satın almama rağmen my flights da çıkmadı sonra elle eklemek zorunda kaldım bu sefer de aynı uçuşu kopyası gibi uçuşlar oluştu ama hepsinin pnr aynı görünüyor. Yani pnr doğru fakat uygulamada bug mevcut. Uygulamaya miles smiles numaram ile giriş yapmama rağmen bu sorunu yaşıyorum
Not working at all
Manage booking not working and just keeps throwing technical error for 2 days now
App works bad
It’s really bad how app works, do not let me confirm flight changes and when selecting a seat, system charge me and the I got a msg saying the operation didn’t go through? Unbelievable, please improve the app, it’s a big mess
