Seat reservation not working
The app is crashing while making the seat reservation and the system assigns me a randomised seat.
Bad Service
It’s the worst company I’ve ever tried. I want to cancel my flight, and on the website, it is written that I can get a refund, but they delay and delay my messages to miss my flight and w And don't get a refund.

Useless
The most useless airlines app out there. They’ve overly complicated everything in the sign up process. Bottom line, I can’t login and view my flight status.
Terrible application
The most unconvenient app I’ve ever used for flights. Boarding pass cannot be created, some menus (like baggage allowance) doesn’t work. Need to type in the 16 digit ticket number all the time. They should check other apps like Qatar how this should be done. Shame on Turkish.
Login
I cant login into my Miles & More account. The desktop and mobile version is banned me. I cant save my flight. There are no E-ticket to Wallet app on iOS. I hope will be release a huge update, and fix a lot of problem.
Inconvenient
I can’t view my ticket even I logged in. Just not convenient.
