After updating the app cannot input seat number in Miles Reclaim menu for Star Alliance flights, thus cannot add miles from previous flights. Please, be so kind to fix this issue. Device - Iphone 13pro max
So sad to see Turkish airlines decided to remove real human support when their app works horrible. My flight is cancelled and the app asks to choose the new flight but then there is an error. Horrible service!
Компания вообще, что мне говорили супер просто превратилась в помойку. Заказывал билет на 15 декабря из Тбилиси в Стамбул, сразу обратный был билет. В 8 вечера отменили, ладно поменял на 16 и сразу обратный взял… улетел 16, а вечером отменили рейс… короче пришлось покупать в 3 раза дороже у Пегасуса и терять еще деньги. Не рекомендую с ними летать, потому что нет никакого доверия больше!!! Потерял кучу денег, времени, сил и нервов!!

Turkish airline program work very slow on iPad and payment does not work at all. Next I tried to make reservation through my MacBook using safari, but when I tried to add may credit card for payment, there was only 10 months option shown, in place of 12 months. I tried all different way, but no, it had only 10 months. Where my card was December made. So I was not able to make payment. At last with no other option, I was compel to use Apple Pay, which was a automatic setting and it worked. But experience was very uncomfortable, and I have spent 3 hours making my reservation again and again, which was not able to go through very well!
First and most strange — you can't view flight status from you Boarding Pass screen. Even more, Boarding Time never update on this screen even the flight is late. Ok, you can check status on Flight Status screen. But I got “Technical issue” message every second time, even when I have stable internet connection. So, do not know, why I need this app
Почему ставлю три звезды: Ранее постоянно пользовалась этим приложением и все было без проблем на 5*, но вот уже вторые сутки не могу купить билеты. Прежде чем писать здесь об этом узнала нет ли проблем в банке. В банке все отлично. Вот что пишет банк: По этому платежу к нам в банк поступает запрос аутентификации, то есть запрос 3D-Secure. Запрос успешно обрабатывается нами, вам посылается подтверждение в виде пуш-сообщения с 3D-Secure кодом. Вы подтверждаете платеж, ввод автоматически проходит успешно, запрос идет на сайт и если он возвращается, то деньги списываются. В вашем случае запрос не возвращается с сайта. Решите пожалуйста эту проблему.
We flew from Istanbul to Dallas on November 23 (14:55) . The tickets were bought a month before the departure date, booking two tickets in the salon for dogs (one breed, Pomeranian Spitz) IMPORTANTLY! Tickets for an animal are booked only with CDD permission, which we usually had. We were assured that everything is fine, that we will pay $620 for the dogs upon registration in airport. At the office of Turkish Airlines, we were told the dimensions of the soft carriers, which we bought so that the animal could fit under the front seat. We arrived 4 hours before the start of registration. at the reception desk, the girl started running around with the dogs' passports, saying that the vaccine deadline coincided (the vaccine was given on 06/10/22 and its validity period was until 08/30/22) THE VACCINE WAS DONE ON TIME AND THE ANALYSIS FOR ANTIBODY WAS EXCELLENT. Than showed her complete incompetence in matters of dog transportation. She called the manager, and when he saw the CDC permit, he threw our documents on the table with a displeased face. We waited for half an hour while the manager decided something and then he came and said that 1 dog was flying because we booked for 1. THAT WAS A LIE. He said that if we want 2 to go, then we have to pay extra for 1 person for a place in business class - another $1,800 I immediately informed him that my husband and I cannot travel separately, because I am a disabled person of the 2nd group and have epileptic seizures. The man (my husband) saw on the dashboard that the back seats were completely free and asked us to sit in the last ones so that we and the dogs would not disturb anyone. to which the manager said: "I refuse you to register, get out of here" We were shocked! My husband says "write down the reason for the refusal, or call your management" To which the manager said "I'm the boss here" turned around and left. My blood pressure immediately rose, I burst into tears and fell to the floor. My sister ran to the office of Turkish Airlines so that they would solve the problem immediately. How did it happen that the reserved tickets from CDC were not booked and why is this manager behaving so terribly? They started chasing us around the airport, it turned out that there was no problem. We were again sent to the same registration desk and assigned seats. We paid the ticket for the dogs and left for further control. I could not calm down during the 13-hour flight.
