Technical error when making multi-city booking
The mobile app wouldn’t allow me to make a multi-city booking in one transaction; it displayed an error message. I had to make two separate bookings to make it work.

Lousy APP
It either crashes or get “technical error” pop up on every clicks.
Worst airline app ever
Tickets are not updated, super laggy….
Useless app
App is as useless as their miles&smiles website. Crashes all the time. Unresponsive staff. Their miles are extremely (!!!!) hard to redeem on partner star alliance airlines b/c their frequent flyer web site is intentionally or incompetently disabled.

Extremely bad service
Please do not take this airlines, they denied me entry at my gate when I was on time and till now have not got back to me. I incurred additional cost which was not even compensated by the airline and they do not apologise for the inconvenience they have caused to their passengers. I don’t want anyone to go through what I went through so I’m keeping everyone informed. It’s not just me, many people were in the same situation as me at the airport, also my working colleagues had the same experience. This has been going on for sometime. Wish someone warned me about this airline earlier and I wouldn’t have had to go through so much. No respect for their customers whatsoever. Seriously you can travel any airline except this one. My baggage was also missing for or 2-3 days before I managed to locate it. You can Google and read on trip advisor how many people had the same horrible experience. Please please do not that this airlines. Till now they have not got back to me it’s been more than a week.
Account creation not working
Not able to create an account. When try to sign up, says account already exists, but when tried to retrieve password it says account does not exists.
Partner Airlines
Especially SIngapore Airlines KrisFlyer membership number cannot be keyed in during booking on your website.
