Miles
App is completly useless, most of my flights didnt save there and i didnt get any Miles from. When i want it add later, it doesnt work. If i want to contact some support it only let me write to chatbot. Delete.

Can’t even sign up
App doesn’t let me input language, nationality, country and city => can’t sign up as all these are mandatory. Changed language to English and was able to progress. Bur maybe don’t offer Czech if it’s not supported? iPhone 12, iOS 17.1.2

Trouble with debbit card payment , had to pay throught Apple Pay
The processing of payment by my debbit card had trouble and didnt work even that I had all limits set correctly
Fare not available confusion
It shows a fare available and then throws a mistake “fare not available”

Completely useless app
I think Thy airline should ask for refund from the app producer, full of bugs and even basic features to save password, my trips and online checkins is just too complicated.

Check in in mobile phone
It’s very complicated, after booking code you must use e-ticket numbers and lot of another information. It is not user friendly application 😱😡
Looks nice but is not usable
Application looks nice but also contains so much bugs and it is so slow that is not usuable and you could just be angry using it
