Check in and wallet

To check in you need to copy the booking reference from the my flights menu. There does not seem to be an easy link from the booked flights to also do the check in for them. Once checked in you can only get mobile boarding tickets for some. We have 2024.

Bad app

It’s a useless application, can’t remember my booking, every single time I need to check something, must start from scratch. Not able to find a booking based on the booking number, wants to seat a family apart, needs to find the electronic ticket number to fulfill the check in process but still requests all the data that has been filled in several times. It could not be worse to be honest.

Terrible app which doesn’t fulfill it’s basic purpose

A flight app has two basic purposes: To give you a nice overview of your flight and to allow you to check in. This app fulfilled neither of these purposes for me and is riddled with errors. A disgrace to modern technology.

Doesn’t work!

The app does not recognize my booking number and tells me to make a call to their call center. I have done this three times now. Even the call center has issues with managing and changing my booking. The website does not work either. Too much of a hassle to re-book a canceled flight. After a month the app still does not work. Horrible!
