Low quality and extrmely complex to use

This is propably the worst airline app that can be.

Useless

Does not allow checking for individual passenger in group bookings. In check-in counter they will place you in worst seat available.

Worst air company i ever seen

Our flight details such as seats and their location were changed by air company. And we have paid for them 😨 I called about this issue and no any help. And their app is user unfriendly. Etickets i got are in turkish. And we didnt even start our journey yet 😁

Worst app in the history of bad apps

If you dream of checking in on to your flight, this is where your dreams come to an end. Turkish airlines app will wish you a nice flight and thanks for visiting while your desperately trying to enter your name and booking ref… for the 100th time. Even if you make it and are amongst the lucky 1% that actually make it through check-in, don’t even think about adding baggage or paying for extra leg room - if Turkish airlines didn’t ruin your day by this point, it sure will now.

The app does not work

Tried to check in. Took 2.5h since the app wouldn’t accept my personal information. And then randomly it accepted without doing anything differently.

Simply best

Awful and annoying

Have to add tickets manually. When schedule is changed, application asks for a confirmation and gives an error (need to call to support). Saved round trip tickets disappear from application.

Horrible airline and app

The app is bad. The airline even worse, rather pay more and use a totally different airline.
