Unable to check in

There are bugs in app. I am ubable to check in even after trying many times.

Frequent app crash!

The app even after an update keeps crashing quite frequently. Needs to be rectified at once!

Does not ask for OTP

Airline website does not ask OTP for domestic transaction (travel within Turkey) if ticket booking attempted by international passenger (from outside of Turkey) which results in transaction error.

no support for booking from third party website

i booked my tickets from third party website. when i tried to check my flight tickets via your app by using PNR number, it asks for e-ticket numbers. i updated the same and it worked perfectly. But whenever i want to check the status or make changes like buy extra baggage or select seats, it always asks for e-ticket. In nutshell, the app doesn’t support the PNR when we buy tickets from third party website. All other airline apps support this. Pls update your app ASAP to provide hassle free experience.

Check in.

I am not able to generate boarding pass. Message is coming that due to technical error try later. I am surprised to find most of the seats already selected for other passengers though I tried for seat selection exactly at 1055 hours viz 24 hours in advance. How it should be possible??? I have not been informed about my frequent flier number though the request was submitted duly filling up the form in New Delhi on 8.8.2019 while boarding the flight for Dublin alongwith another two members of my family. Ticket numbers 3122300019420 3122300019421 3122400019424 Kindly arrange to do the needful immediately.

Wallet system is missing can’t add very slow please update

Very intuitive app

I enjoyed hassle free check in. Generation of boarding pass and added them to my wallet app. I loved the experience.

Needs work

The app is good looking but needs work . It’s not user friendly. If you have booked your tickets from another site, you need to enter ticket numbers for the entire group before doing anything. Is the app only meant for people who booked from your site???
