Turkish Airlines app is simple to use and very fast.
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the service I have received from Turkish Airlines. Unfortunately, my experiences with your airline have consistently been far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. 1. Frequent Delays: Turkish Airlines is notorious for its constant delays. It is extremely frustrating to deal with the uncertainty and disruption caused by these delays, especially when no timely updates are provided. 2. Lack of Communication: On multiple occasions, I have encountered a severe lack of communication from your customer service team. Whether at the airport or through your customer support channels, it has been nearly impossible to receive clear and helpful responses to my inquiries. 3. Delayed or Lost Baggage: I have also faced issues with delayed baggage, sometimes taking days to arrive at my destination. This is not only inconvenient but also unacceptable for a major international airline. 4. High Ticket Prices for Subpar Service: Despite the high prices I have paid for my tickets, I find that the overall service and quality provided by Turkish Airlines are far below the standard expected for such a cost. The lack of punctuality, poor customer service, and missing baggage make this experience even more frustrating.

The worst airline in the world, ZERO responsibility, ZERO customer service and care, I had so bad experience every time I had flight with this airline, this time they had cancelled my flight and I had to choose a flight with 12 hours layover, I contacted the customer service and yes they don't offer ANY compensation including hotel, many bad things also happened on previous flights, including losing 700 Euros in the past flight due a problem with this Pretentious but disastrous airline, they broke my luggage also before and offered a bag instead. Shame on you
I had a terrible experience eith this company, there is no way they ever answer the phone and they dont have an email you can contact them on. I had problems with the check in, problems with the turkish airport which i think it is just terrible, and i cannot even delete my miles and miles account as you cannot find their email anywhere and cant do it on the app.

I have registered as a student and it didnt give any discounts. I wanted to change one way flight but it errored. I kept callingthe center and no one picked up.
App e sito web orrendi! Mai avuto difficoltà su nessun altra compagnia a fare check in. Con questa sono da due giorni a tentare. Prima.mi dice che non ho volo, chiede IN CONTINUAZIONE le stesse informazioni , numero biglietto, confine e codici vari, si blocca alla selezione posti, non emette carta kbatco, insomma in disastro. La peggiore abbia mai usato. Oltre al fatto di aver avuto il volo di andata annullato. Insomma pessima esperienza con app e sito Turkish!
