I had to change my return date
Sadly your online service could not help me to rebook my ticket
I wanted to spend 2 nights in Istanbul like as per my previous ticket
But could not do that online my self
So the idea was 24/7 depart Brussels anytime to Istanbul
24 and 25 in Istanbul
Depart 27/7 at 01.40 to Cape Town
According to your online help service this was only possible if I paid about $1000 extra
It’s a pity that it’s not possible as I would have enjoyed the city and all it has to offer
Not taking into account the benefits for Turkey itself

Why are you not able to help me?
I rebooked my ticket now and will get about $500 back????

Unable to check in within 24 hours
Tried to check in online 3 weeks ago, within the 24 hours and was unable to and now with our return journey same story. Flying in 16 hours.😢

Very user friendly and stable app
So easy to search and book with nice integration with Miles&Smiles
Worst ever
They mist be getting friends and family to rate this app.
When registering I had major issues singing in after creating an account. Had to reset password twice.
After downloading app and logging in, I had to log in again to send a feedback form in order to claim miles for a flight.
After filling in the feedback form you have to upload a picture of your ID but the app does not ask for permission to access anything on my phone. So when you go to upload a photo the feedback form closes and you have to start over again. When you go to use the “take picture” option, the form closes and you have to start all over again. Useless app. Getting sent in circles.
