Your app is useless and the fact that I’ve tried contacting TK to sort out why I keep loosing status miles for no reason or explanation is outrageous as I have been flying with this airline for years and should be a platinum member ages ago

Times out too quickly!
Awful, disappointing service
I have been experiencing the WORST customer service via this app that I’ve encountered in a long time. It’s ridiculous and so disappointing. I’m trying to activate my miles to shop while I’m in Sweden, but customer service keeps asking for a boarding pass instead of my identity documents as CLEARLY stated in your Ts and Cs. There isn’t even any mention of a boarding pass. Won’t be flying with them again.

Good afternoon Reservation number RVRB47 I had to change my return date Sadly your online service could not help me to rebook my ticket I wanted to spend 2 nights in Istanbul like as per my previous ticket But could not do that online my self So the idea was 24/7 depart Brussels anytime to Istanbul 24 and 25 in Istanbul Depart 27/7 at 01.40 to Cape Town According to your online help service this was only possible if I paid about $1000 extra It’s a pity that it’s not possible as I would have enjoyed the city and all it has to offer Not taking into account the benefits for Turkey itself 2 nights accommodation Food shopping ect Why are you not able to help me? I rebooked my ticket now and will get about $500 back???? Very confusing that they can’t look into the system to check which dates I could have used without paying extra A bit disappointed Kind regards B van den bossche

App doesn’t allow me to sign up or log in or check in! Absolutely useless for travellers not Turkish I guess.

Unable to check in within 24 hours
Tried to check in online 3 weeks ago, within the 24 hours and was unable to and now with our return journey same story. Flying in 16 hours.😢
Terrible
So difficult to use. Nothing is is intuitive. Nothing gets saved. Painful experience.
