Very Spammy
The amount of notifications and emails throughout the day is a bit aggressive. I’ve switched off email notifications and they persist daily, no unsubscribe option that I can see either. Otherwise it’s a pretty decent app but some sellers are not very honest or accurate about the descriptions of items which has taught me to be very cautious.
Filters not working
Filters and sorting stopped working, which makes online shopping pointless.
Dreadful service appalling
I was overcharged by over €100 the seller initially said she along With myself would immediately contact the company as seller had reduced the price for me. This was done immediately and I contacted them many times by different means and they still Took the money from Me and I have been chasing it since and have not had a refund. I have bought quite a few pieces from here but BUYER BEWARE my friends and colleagues have been warned about what happened to me an ABSOLUTE DISGRACE
Cannot Unsubscribe
I have tried to cancel Manage my Alerts for 2 years now as I do not want to receive emails but it is impossible. I have tried to Unsubscribe - this is also proving to be impossible. Please advise.

I can’t sell on this site any more because the courier codes they provide aren’t working and they don’t reply to customer service emails. Don’t waste your time
Do not list your items on this app.
It’s a scammer’s paradise. I listed a Prada jacket on this app and sold it. The agreement Vestiaire makes is that the buyer cannot return or exchange anything they buy from the app through a private seller. The buyer decided when they received it that they didn’t like it and Vestiaire allowed them to return it. Wasting a week of my time in the process. Not only that but because they break their own rules and allow exchanges, the buyer could potentially send something else back and pocket the designer goods they purchased while also receiving a refund. Be extremely careful using this app.
Shipping price is far too high

Vestiaire’s unwillingness to combine shipping for items purchased from the one seller makes no sense economically or environmentally. One must pay for shipping individually for each item impacting the likelihood of a buyer to purchase more than one item at the same time from a buyer. Vestiaire say this is to allow them to individually track each item. What nonsense. Marketing a business as an environmentally friendly way to shop and then double or tripling the packaging needed is a joke.
