Customer service told me to use the website as opposed to app to make the purchase experience better. Hot mess.

why can’t i sent out my offers to potential buyers anymore?
Cancelled orders for no reason
My orders were cancelled for no reason, even after received the confirmation email of the purchase. Also I contacted the customer service and guess what no help at all. They just kept claiming is my issues, however, I contacted my bank and confirmed there’s no hold or any registration block on my account.

Bad Order Experience
It takes way longer than the team claims to process my order... And what’s worse, the team didn’t do the paper work to pre-pay DHL the duty and taxes (btw I paid a lot), so here you go there’s extra waiting time. HILARIOUS
