My sister sold her chanel wallet and has yet to receive her payment from this platform. The customer service 1st told her that there was a problem with another party’s bank then she has to wait for them to resolve it, after they resolve the problem they say that they are going to bank her payment about 3-5 workings days now its almost 3 months since no payments is bank in this is absolutely unacceptable.

Reconsider using this platform for buying and selling your luxury items. Exorbitant platform fees, hidden charges and fine prints in the transactions. Unless you are ok to take back a very small amount, otherwise sell your own items.

Can’t select items under favourites plus it will be so much better if you can create groups within your favourites to categories them.

Great to have good experience my one not so ….. they lost my parcel and no one cares . Still no refund . How should I rate ??? No any support! If everything is ok it works but if something goes wrong there no any response. Just fraud !!!

I bought a Chanel pullover more than a month ago. And a Loewe cardigan a month ago. Both did not arrive. Refund request was rejected as it state that d delivery is updated. Both delivery is daily updated but the status has been the same for a month. Clearly the items have gone missing and they refuse to refund. Other platforms don’t have such issues. I would not recommend this to my family and friends with this service I am getting.

Seller commission charges higher and higher, also charge buyer commission, do nothing earn 30%+ Commission, will stop selling and buying from your app

The customer service is very very very damn slow to reply and update. Once u buy the items but can not cancel it until I buy then I trust that. Bought the bag but lost my parcel,contact customer service but only have online group chat even send the email also nobody reply. All the customer service don’t want to help to solve the problem and kick the problem to each other,they didn’t handover the issue for the customer. So I reported to the police regarding that this app is likely scam app and cheat the people’s money.. Won’t recommend and use the app anymore👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Managed to sell some items really quickly. DHL came to pick up from the door step and I got paid within days of delivery. Fuss free!

Once you buy you are not allow to cancel order and seller can’t be reach after sale. Seller selling item that are not selling in brand store. It could be free gift given to seller. I feel cheated to buy such items because is not stated on seller page.

Issues pertaining to the app- 1. Images load very slowly as compared to the web version of the website 2. There are times where the search results going into an endless loop, repeating shown results again and again 3. There a limit as to how many search results are being shown Issues pertaining to the UI/UX- 1. Unable to select multiple categories (e.g. I can’t consecutively select “Woman categories -> Bags -> All Items” and “Man categories -> Bags -> All Items” at the same time 2. Unable to filter categories within Favourites when I have thousands of listings saved under it Issues pertaining to the operations- 1. High authentication cost (US$15/SG$25). It would be dumb of me to pay for almost SG$60 of processing fee (SG$25 authentication fee and SG$27 shipping) just to get a SG$60 T-shirt. There’s a reason why lower priced item (e.g. under US$60/SG$100) are not exactly moving on the website. Good luck in selling your old Alexander Wang or 3.1 Philip Lim ready-to-wear on the platform
