This is a fraud for sellers with the worst scam-like customer support they have
Got charged for nothing
I bought an Hermes, it was not authentic. Vestiaire charged my credit card before they authentic item and then refund. This cost me a whoop 370euro on bank fee for nothing. Vestiaire say I should negotiate with bank. Bank say Vestiaire should put a hold on credit card before authenticate the item. I think the bank is right. I felt like I am being scammed, very horrible experience. Would not buy again. I would give -5 stars for this service on a global platform.
Cannot even see my favourited items
I just downloaded the app. I clicked on few items and I cannot even see them. Terrible glitch with terrible support system.
Newsletter spam
Anyone else receives newsletters daily despite several unsubscription attempts? Wrote to tech support and they deactivated my account, only to still find newsletters in my inbox.
