En Octubre del 2024 pedí unos tenis que estaban en Territorio Europeo para ser entregados en Mexico y hoy que estamos a finales de Diciembre del 2024 aun no me llegan, al parecer no los pueden liberar en aduana, intente devolverlos y tampoco, ya pedí un reembolsó, pero me responden los mismo que no pueden proceder y no me han regresado mi dinero. En mi experiencia, si son de Mexico no usen esta aplicación es pésima,

No sirve la app te hacen el cobro y dicen que hubo un problema con el pago, pase cerca de 3 semanas con su chat de soporte y no dieron ninguna solución

Bad product, I bought a bag and I didn't like it, I tried to return it and they would give me less than what I paid. Even so, I decided to return it and then someone bought it and I can't print the label because my account was deactivated, now they tell me that I haven't bought anything and they don't resolve it, lousy service. and now I will have to stay with a product that is not to my taste.

Hacen envíos a México?

I’ve heard when some people try selling their designer bags are told they’re fake, even when bought at actual stores. I guess this would be one of those apps where you get told that even when receipt and all in hand. They’re so called experts know nothing about real designer items. I’ve had an account for some time and sold some stuff and even so they don’t trust you or acknowledge all the hard work that goes into shooting items the right way and make it very hard to post etc, I used to love this but now I’m not so sure. If you get told your items are fake seek for second opinion, these people are NOT EXPERTS!

I bought a pair of shoes, paid 246 pounds of taxes for shoes, they got shipped but here in Mexico they got stopped in costumes, i now need to pay 600 pounds extra in order to get my shoes or they will be returned. No one in this “store” is answering email or nothing. Aboslute rubbish. DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!!!!

I was exited to get some items but they Don’t ship to Mexico

I marked a lot of favorites in the app but when I try to see then it says I don’t have any. If I open the website I can see them there.

I bought 3 items the same week. I only got 2. The other says that it’s supposed to be in the Vestiaire Collective place for checking, it’s been there for 1 month! 1 MONTH! The chat from the app is useless, it’s always the same answer “we are sorry, we are sending your message as an emergency, we’ll be back at you in 3 days” The email is worst, they may or not answer it as they please. They just robbed me, they kept my money and I got nothing. Anyway. App is decent, it works most of the time because it glitches after a while. It may be nice if you are from Europe. There’s just some better Apps that do the same Pre owned stuff.
