We were so happy to learn about Welcome Pickups. Our driver was excellent and he had a number of good suggestions for things to do and places to see.

Garbage company, booked the trip and had everything confirmed, they waited until my flight was in the air to cancel my pick up. Trying to give me a coupon in euros or something ridiculous. Do not use this company

For us, this is the way to go. Period! So easy to use, so efficient, and amazingly flexible. Our flight was delayed, then canceled then rescheduled but every time, Welcome pickups adjusted instantly. Upon arrival, (finally) there was a huge crowd waiting in the taxi line. Our hostess was calmly waiting with a sign with our name. She then guided us to our waiting ride and we were off. Our driver was quite competent, spoke English and was was a fun conversant. Our return was the same way. Driver punctual, friendly and quite efficient. In total, the cost was very reasonable with the added luxury of being prepaid online. No hassle of finding local currency to pay a taxi. Congrat! We are scheduled again a few week from now in Bangkok. Looking forward to the experience.

The App did not allow me to edit my trip, so I had to book another one. Subsequently, I was charged for both….. only received one ride. The Driver was excellent!

Highly recommend Pablo for airport and transfer pickups. He is very friendly, safe, and knowledgeable.

I scheduled 2 separate pickups. We had a (flight cancelled and last minute rebook) mix up by the airline and arrived earlier than scheduled. I called and a gentleman was there within 10 minutes. He was so helpful in an already long stressful flight.. the 2 nd pickup was early, which was awesome also. I will always, always use this company when I travel. As does my family. Thank you for being there and putting us at ease:)

The driver was not there upon my arrival. Here’s the problem, I arrived in Mexico City from the US. Welcome ask for an estimate pickup time as well as the carrier and flight number. So I assumed the driver would check the flight arrival ETA and have a better guess of the time it would take to arrive, customs, baggage claim. My estimate was wrong, so no driver. I called the driver and he was not coming for 45-60 minutes. So I went to the taxi booth and purchased a taxi ride to our hotel. So it was my fault for the wrong estimate, but welcome’s systems should be changed. Also I was not given instructions on where the driver would meet me. Pick up at the hotel was not a problem. The driver was there Pick up at the Merida Airport was the same issue. My guessed time was wrong and no driver. So I wasted the cost of two pickups

Very efficient,lots of details provided about driver & service, also very punctual

My husband and I cruised from Santiago,Chile to Buenos Aires. We used WP from the cruise port to our hotel, then again from the hotel to the airport to connect with the cruise transfer. Each time the driver parked and helped us get comfortably to our destination. Yes, it was seamless. I expect the same in Buenos Aires. (Cruise terminal to hotel, hotel to airport) I just booked a round trip in Buenos Aires from our hotel to a restaurant.
