My flight was delayed and it took more than an hour to get through customs, but driver was still waiting for me when I got out of the airport

Fraud. They take your reservation, charge you and then never pick up. No direct customer service line. No way to contact a driver. Customer inquires say they will respond within three hours which wouldn’t help any travelers in need.

Perfect pick up from the airport. Driver had a name board. And also messaged us where we could meet him.Car was nicely close parked. Driver was very helpful. The drive went very well and safe. We arrived at our hotel in good time. Will recommend to all my friends. Good luck, thanks Jack

The driver was present at our arival and drove us to our destination quickly. In the afternoon he picked us up as aggreed and brought us back to Linate Airport Milan. During the ride we had a nice conversation with Vladimir. We wish him the best! The app is very usefull to plan your trip, give it a go!

How easy can you make it yourself 🤗

Unprofessional, rude and charged us for additional luggage even though it was the same at pick up. We travel and use services like this all the time and have never been treated with such disrespect. AVOID!!! This experience will be shared with all other travelers through the Hilton Community and Expedia. Crooks.

Driver was awesome, spoke good English and arrived on time. He asked us what music we liked and put it on radio!
