I have used Welcome in different countries. It’s a great service.

I hired the service using their app, the driver was 20 mins earlier than expected. The van was very clean and in great conditions. The ride went smoothly. I highly recommend this company

I used it in Indonesia and Taiwan. They whew always on time. For Indonesia, the driver that came was not the same shown in the reservation. For Taiwan, our driver was the one from the reservation and our driver assigned Chung he was great!

El uso de esta aplicación para traslados al aeropuerto es genial, lo que no me gusto tanto es cuando haces un tipo tour, lo utilice un par de veces en tour en Italia y Francia y no me agrado tanto, por eso le doy 4 estrellas.

Comunication before our arrival was very efficent and good advice given. Mohamed, the driver was very polite and greeted us with various comments on what to do during out stay in Barcelona.

Unprofessional, rude and charged us for additional luggage even though it was the same at pick up. We travel and use services like this all the time and have never been treated with such disrespect. AVOID!!! This experience will be shared with all other travelers through the Hilton Community and Expedia. Crooks.

Driver was awesome, spoke good English and arrived on time. He asked us what music we liked and put it on radio!

I was nervous about getting around and this company was waiting for us with a sign, had no problem locating our driver. The driver was very friendly and shared local tips and recommendations. We used the service on our return and same experience. Highly recommend them!
