Ordered and paid for a child seat for a airport pick up. When I arrived they were not aware of such a request and we had to go without a child seat for our baby. It also took me some convincing with their support until i got compensated. However the driver and the rest of the staff were professional.
We tried this service successfully 2 times but the 3rd time we ordered and paid for a minivan but got just a standard medium size car instead which should be half the price and we also needed a bigger car. I tried reaching out to the customer service on multiple occasions but it was impossible to get any help. So, if everything runs as planned it works but if any problem happens forgot about getting any help.
I booked an airport transfer from Porto and the driver sent a friend in his place. On time, professional, no problem but he wanted paid in cash. Welcome Pickups also debited the cost from my card which they have refused to reimburse.

I've used this service twice in the last month and it worked exactly as promised both times. First in Antalya and then in Santorini. Feels good to know who's going to pick you up when you get to a new place.
I used this service for a transfer from Barcelona AirPort to a hotel. Everything worked perfectly exactly as described in the booking. Will use again.
Be careful, this service and app is a scam. I payed in advance but the driver never arrived!
