Me bloquearon la cuenta y tarjeta hace 2 semanas por un problema interno que no pueden resolver, me dejaron sin dinero al igual que muchas personas que se están quejando, y no tienen un chat de soporte, solo podes enviarle un mail. Una locura. Pésimo servicio. Definitivamente cuando me devuelvan mi dinero eliminare la app. No te pueden dejar sin dinero y no dar respuestas.(demandaré)

I do not recommend to anyone

downloaded the application sent documents for verification. I waited for verification for a very long time, several months. after replenished the account, and now the money is blocked. tech support not responding to messages

WORST App for Crypto-Currencies

DO NOT download this app. I have made a crypto-transfer (USDT) from Binance to Wirex and the crypto never arrived WIREX. The chat support from WIREX is terrible and the only answer from Wirex (after a month) was that I basically lost all the crypto that wanted to transfer into my account.
