Do not withdraw money, do not install and do not expect to lose all the money
Lost funds while top up Wirex account
I've sent funds from my bank account to my Wirex account on October 28th 2022. However I still haven't received it as Wirex said that the status is failed upon my first request to Wirex support in October. I've sent an official request to my bank, their team spent 3 weeks and replied that the transfer was successful and provided supporting documents, so the problem is on Wirex side. I've sent another request to Wirex Support on December 5th (ticket 3030578) and still (as of December 27th) no reply on the status of the top-up.
Blocking account with no reason
Just have been blocked on stage account creating. Recommend to don’t use this app - you can only lose your time and money
I can't link my debit card to wirex anymore...
Luckily didn't have money in your wallet. I've solved the issue by choosing not to use your wallet. 👍👍👍
