DO NOT USE THIS APP WHATEVER YOU DO, THEY ARE SCAMMERS, ONCE YOU DEPOSIT FUNDS THEY WILL FREEZE YOUR MONEY AND THEN NEVER REPLY, THEIR SUPPORT TEAM DOESNT RESPOND, THERE IS NO WAY OF CONTACTING THEM, I HAVE BEEN WAITING A MONTH FOR CORRESPONDENCE BACK FROM THEM STILL NOTHING, THIS IS THE WORST EXCHANGE PLATFORM THERE IS OUT THERE, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM USING THEIR APP, THEY ARE SCAMMY AND WILL TAKE YOUR FUNDS & LEAVE U WITH NO CONTACT. It held my funds , it wouldn’t let me move my money out since I can’t use it ,there’s no costumer support , they block your access as they were doing “investigations checks “ I really just want my money out . Saying pending not doubt using your money for something else ..
