Don’t forget the Storage fee
I already submit a support ticket and texting with the support. I couldn’t find the reference number in the email thread. The reply from CS is so funny and said they failed to deliver the notice email is email service provider, Yahoo issue. I wonder is the company try their best to deliver the message. They have my physical address to send me the debit card but notice money deduction via email only? WireX is a special platform that charge 5 gbp per month as storage fee. Consider this before choosing their service. They trading fee is not cheap, service is not stable and make you don’t want to trade on their platform. If the email missed you will be keep deducting money until zero or 18 months. wait and consider before use their services.
App is OK but you’ll never reach the customer service

It doesn’t let me do fiat exchange
The money is locked in one currency and can’t be exchanged to another. The CS Bot is rubbish, and never hear anything from the CS even though I used their Support email.
Enable 2FA after update the app
Suddenly update the app, after input login and password, next screen need me input 2FA use Authy or Google Authenticator, but I make sure not enable 2FA, submit request form, waiting reply…..
Are you serious with the WXT token?
You need to have at least 41,330+ WXT to be able to exchange it or send it away!? And in the meantime, you can’t accumulate interest on it. What a terrible policy 😡
My TOKENS GONE?
I have hodl on my wirex phone app and. Wxt tokens just disappeared to thin air down the drain. Idk what happened 2 months and no reply from customer service. WP
Racist apps and keep telling me to do the verification
After I have submitted all my information and followed all the steps to take a video for the verification, the system just pop up a windows after around 10 mins telling me to do the verification again, and they change my Nationality from HK to XX. Do you mean that your staff rejecting me because of the my Nationality? Or what’s the reason? At least give me a reason, inject of keep telling me to resubmit all the documents and do the verifications again and again

I have a transaction still pending from 2nd May but the bot and the chat agent can’t give me any answers and solutions
