I like the app, but it’s not reliable to start/end fasting from Apple Watch. I check the stats and I have days with 30+ hours of fasting, because it never got the update from the Apple Watch. If this is fixed, it’s an easy 5 stars
I’ve been using a popular food logging/weight loss app with a long term lifestyle and weight goal with positive results. However I was struggling to deal with my habit of late evening snacking since the weight loss app didn’t care what time I ate. I had heard of intermittent fasting as a lifestyle advice as well as a recent trend and I actually heard Doctor Mike mention it, so I came to the App Store for a fast coaching app. I liked Zero due to its genuine outlook and the reviews. After a few days of looking at the intro videos and tips, I went for it. I started with a custom 8-hour fast and it was ok. A couple of days later I made sure I had my dinner earlier and went for 13. To my surprise, I wasn’t that hungry in the morning but still had an urge for my breakfast. Having a black coffee helps me there. After a few days steak, one day I just extended to 16 hours. The next day I had my dinner even earlier and I’ve done a few 16h fasts on a streak. I’m on a 10-day streak right now and just entered a 28-day challenge. I have to say that I never thought it would be so straightforward to begin intermittent fasting. This kick-in has helped me break through a plateau I was in with my weight loss, helped me stop sleeping with a full stomach, and it has also given me a surprise benefit: with the earlier end of the eating day, I have many more calories I can eat with each meal so I’m no longer afraid to eat healthy but heavy foods like nuts or avocado. I’m looking forward to a long fasting lifestyle. Thanks!

Easy to forget when to fast …No prompts..no reminders
Having some little experience with a couple of other fasting apps, I can tell that this app is the most comprehensive because it doesn’t only focus on the weight loss. They build an app for total health improvements like gut health and weight gain for those who struggle with health conditions
Such a helpful app. It makes my fasting so much easier and organized. One of the best apps I use. Good job.

Hello, after the latest update, I receive at 9:00 o’clock and 18:00 o’clock every day, notification about how I feel even if I disable the notifications.
