Very Bad Experience
The “Free Version” doesn’t work! It said “in app purchases” but after I signed up It just took me to a subscription page and would not let me leave or get out of it unless I got a very expensive subscription. Very deceptive app, do not trust them with your health or money.

Too many unwanted notifications
Despite turning all the notifications off this app, I still find myself receiving promotional notifications that I didn’t ask for any more signed up for.
It lost my fasting data
Been using this app for years had a long streak , paid subscription, suddenly all my fasting data is gone.
Fantastic app!
This is a superb app for both providing fasting advice and helping to cement the habit of fasting. I have trimmed down 11kgs in 5 weeks, my blood pressure is now in a healthy range and I no longer suffer from acid reflux. The cost is a small price to pay for your health!
It doesn't work
I have Phone 16 plus and I opened app. And it doesn't work.
Charged account, when I thought it was free
I didn’t agree to pay money. It’s not worth it.
Instantly asks for money and plan
No trail just asks you to sign up, never lets you even trail the app. Don’t bother if you’re looking for a free app.
disingenuous
I've been using the app for years and today, it stopped working. I try to sign in with my email and it will always freezes so I decided use another method by logging in with my Apple ID but they force you to sign up with a free trial which will eventually turn into a paid subscription. Not a great feel, it was such a great app!
