I like the motivation and tracking features of this app. I absolutely HATE the fact that the custom fasting length cannot be set easily and that this is a paid feature. I also find it very restricting not to be able to plan my fasts ahead of time and get reminded that way, so I will be looking elsewhere.

A frustrating glitch on a wonderful app

I love this App. However, all of a sudden my 800+ streak has suddenly reset to 4 without any interruptions. It’s just the counter. The actual calendar shows no interruptions. This happened after the latest update 3 days ago.

Wish there were more tips on weight loss and IF

I love this app however I wish it had more tips on how to better manage IF and Keto recipe suggestions. There are so many things a person experiences while on IF so those could be useful to know before hand
