It’s not free, when you create an account and do all the steps to start using the app, you then get a prompt for a 7 day free trial with no option to close it, you either accept it or accept it

É possível editar os horários de início do jejum, compatível com a app saúde da Apple, podemos inserir as refeições com fotos de maneira resumida, exercícios físicos e horas de sono. Muito bom!

The app is amazing, really helps me to stay consistent with my fasting. The paid subscription is totally worth checking out (although the free features and articles are already great). Only one this is missing for me: the Apple Watch app doesn’t have the timer since last fast (you can start or end fast from your watch but you can’t see how much time elapsed since last fast)

Biggest downgrade ever

Used it a year ago and absolutely loved it. Went to use it again today to track another extended fast and was so disappointed… They somehow managed to turn a beautiful, simple, intuitive, streamlined app into an extremely confusing, overcrowded messy one with a much uglier interface, intrusive “challenge” and “badge” pop-ups, features that were always free are now paid for, and just overall a terrible user experience. Will probably be deleting after this fast is done.
