Interface was ‘updated’ to cater for beginners - or for idiots. No difference to multitude of free apps. So pity, this was the only intelligent fast app on the market. Starting July 20024 became same as multitude of free apps

Stuck on trial offer screen, cant exit it. Relaunching app doesnt help. Maybe dont ask for my money if I never got the chance to know if the app is even good?
The app is well designed and easy to use. It has some nice (paid) features and (paid) content. However, if you only want to use the app to keep track of your fasts and don't want to get the paid subscription, I'd look elsewhere. The app will keep bombarding you with ads for the paid version and the user experience is not very nice. There are better alternatives if a simple fast timer/tracker is what you are after.
Update: after opening & closing the app like 5 times the “offer” window finally came with a small x to close it. So we’ll see how it goes and if I find a reason to rewrite this review with actual details on the app. “Start using for free”, “no subscription needed”, eh? Well as soon as I’d put some information in and was about to start testing out the app, it sprung on me a “pick a trial that works for you” that basically forces me to choose a subscription before it allows me to move forward. I can’t even delete the account or shared information unless I pick either a week or a month trial first, with only the week-one being free but even that renews itself with paid subscription unless I cancel it later.
Really nice app to follow my fasts. Have been using it couple of years on and off! Great💥
The app gave me everything i need for my first prolonged fast (5 days). I tried the PLUS plan for 1 week but did not continue because I don’t really need those features. Maybe in the future :)
Have been using the app for over 3 years now and it’s been great at making IF part of my life style 😊 I highly recommend the app and fasting in a way that suits you. No doubt changed my life for the better: eating is more simply and that makes grocery shopping and cooking more simple. I’m less tired during the day and it’s easier to balance out unhealthy meals with a healthy meal because I eat twice a day.
I’ve used Zero daily for four months now, and I’ve completed 112 fasts during this time. Also lost 11 kg! In the beginning I tried several fasting apps but this is clearly the best free one there is. (Haven’t tried the ones you need to pay for). Zero is easy and fun to use and it provides data ja statistics of your progress. I absolutely love it and plan to use forever.
