I’ve been a loyal user of this fasting app for the past 5-6 years and have absolutely loved it. However, with a heavy heart, I must say goodbye. Over the past few years, each new release has made the app more cluttered and less user-friendly. The recent update is the last straw, making the core logging function a terrible experience. It’s disheartening to see such a great app go downhill. I hope the developers take this feedback seriously and consider simplifying the user experience again, although I doubt it's possible.
Bugs with Oura ring integration
Love this app for its design and features, however the only disappointing thing about it are the constant bugs that it has with automatically pulling activity data from my Oura ring and that I have to regularly add it myself
Useless
This app is not worth the money. I constantly tells me to start my fast when I’m actually already in the fasting period. It doesn’t offer any suggestions when to start the next fast, for example I’m doing 16:8, why doesn’t it remind me when the 8 hour eating window is over? It’s also told me I have done 35 fasts which I haven’t.
Rubbish
If u don’t pay or not scribe, u cannot try any function even not stat the fasting clock. But before that , the apps already gather your info like age or DOB
Finally I start fasting 😊
thanks for the app, I am finally determined to start fasting
Forces you to pay in the end

Overpriced premium features keeps me from buying
The app looks gorgeous but almost nothing in it justifies the pricing. I pay premium subscriptions for workout and food tracking, and the annual subscription price of Zero is more than both combined. All just for a slick presentation of aggregated content that’s available for free on the internet, along with some metrics that epitomise the over quantification of our lives. Basic features are little more than a glorified timer and calendar that, frankly, my other apps or ingrained TRF habits have built-in.
It’s a great design and I could have genuinely used some of the tracking insights but not nearly enough to justify the price tag. This app will probably sit on my Home Screen for a little while longer before joining the long list of other health apps that end up hidden in my App Store “purchased” tab.
Why do they keep making the user interface worse?
Like per the title, it just keeps getting harder and harder to do things quickly. Why are they hiding the delete button, who knows…
Please add GKI index into the chart
It is a good app for fasting and Keto-ing, apart from weight, glucose, ketone tracking
hope that we can have GKI as well!
Unable to sync Health App data
I’ve followed all the steps and still having trouble syncing my health data to Zero so I can get a more accurate account of my fasting stages. It is a disappointment. If this doesn’t work I’ll definitely be cancelling my premium after the 7days free trial.
