Agoda: Boek hotels en vluchten

Krijg steeds berichten over lagere prijs, kost veel tijd en geeft uiteindelijk helemaal geen lagere prijs. Voel me genept door de site

The app might be showing cheaper options when travelling in Asia yet they are moderating reviews and do not allow to post honest yet negative experiences about certain properties and label it as “confusing or misleading to other users”. I am really disappointed by it and won’t be using this app anymore as it seems that they don’t care about the trustworthy community and rather focus on their sponsored partners.

You have the option to send a booking confirmation. The booking confirmation contains a button to view or edit the booking. If you forward this email to someone (for example) a person you're staying with, then he or she can edit the booking with your account! Meaning that they have access to your account. It's dangerous. I hope this gets fixed soon.

Why am I seeing all sold out properties with no option to filter those out. Kind of useless. Update: and now receiving a generic response asking me to email you?! Bad UX and bad customer service.

Hotels put fake pictures / information. Agoda defends scammers, takes your money and ignores you. App is buggy. Terrible customer service. Better book with trip and claim your price difference.

Nice deals to be had, but the iPad app jumps around and the wide format makes it more difficult to use. Please - iPad apps are less like the phone and more like a website…don’t make the user work to use your service. It’s a poor experience.

Vroeger veel gebruik gemaakt van deze app maar tegenwoordig werkt het slecht. Hotels worden niet weergegeven en krijg steeds foutmeldingen.

Agoda is a very bad app yess you got cheaper prices but there are hotels putting fake pictures we had booked a hotel and there was algae in the pool, the water was green, we had no window in our room and no minibar, the next day there was also a power outage, my girlfriend and I were happy to book a new hotel, agoda refuses to give money back
