Why you don’t have Bulgarian subtitles

So they accept money from european IPs but they don't let people from Europe watch movies on prime because they are not americans. Nonsense app and website

Updated. And I lost the ability to download on my macbook. A little dissapointed. over all smooth experience

On our modern LG smart tv it almost never remembers where we left off, just starts the episode from the beginning. We are currently watching Lost Girl and every few episodes the English subtitles are missing so it defaults to Spanish. A PirateBay torrent is more consistent than this streaming service. We’ve watched some series where the subtitles are not only wrong, but feel autogenerated.

A random episode of The Expanse (S3E9) doesn’t have english subtitles??

Hello, I want to say first that the only problem I face is that there are no Bulgarian subtitles and it is possible to make an option to add Bulgarian subtitles or some way to load them from the phone or TV as an additional file. Thanks for everything and time to reading this :-)

The only problem that i’m having is that when i go to my home country i cannot use prime coz the balkan region doesn't have our own amazon(even though the first order in amazon was made from Bulgaria) and the prime video has very little movies and series here,

It's showing me German text instead of English even though I've set it to English so no, I'm going back to Netflix until you finally take this seriously and fix it. People have been complaining about it for years.

The app proudly announces that it offers titles dubbed in Turkish. Every once in a while it’ll also just switch to Turkish out of the blue. The problem is that I’m not Turkish and I’m not in Turkey, so how they decided Turkish is an appropriate language to default Bulgarians to is beyond me. To top that off, their support is right out useless. I get you’re outsourcing to India, but at least get staff that reads and writes English to a decent level. Content-wise it’s subpar. I’ve been subscribed for 3-4 months and I’ve not seen a single new title. Netflix is still better - great support, no idiots with zero knowledge about my region forcing a language I don’t speak on me, and regularly updated content. Bye amazon!
