Updated. And I lost the ability to download on my macbook. A little dissapointed. over all smooth experience
Kinda bad
On our modern LG smart tv it almost never remembers where we left off, just starts the episode from the beginning. We are currently watching Lost Girl and every few episodes the English subtitles are missing so it defaults to Spanish. A PirateBay torrent is more consistent than this streaming service. We’ve watched some series where the subtitles are not only wrong, but feel autogenerated.

Hello, I want to say first that the only problem I face is that there are no Bulgarian subtitles and it is possible to make an option to add Bulgarian subtitles or some way to load them from the phone or TV as an additional file. Thanks for everything and time to reading this :-)
Limited movies to watch
The only problem that i’m having is that when i go to my home country i cannot use prime coz the balkan region doesn't have our own amazon(even though the first order in amazon was made from Bulgaria) and the prime video has very little movies and series here,
