Love that this provides active ways of doing things to take steps to alter the effects of childhood trauma in our adult lives .

Only on day 1 so…

Very difficult to cancel subscription. Only given 24 hour short notice and the charge has already cleared mid-day when payment was supposedly due.

Just starting but the breathing exercises has helped me a lot.

I tried the app. I did not like it requested for a refund, not even 24 hours out and they denied it. They said it’s at no money back refund and they wanted to give me three months of something and I told them no but they refused so I would not with this company and also it’s very about spiritual and Shareka’s and that is not what therapy and motivational things are very deceiving

Bought accidental subscription and they won’t refund me. Highly recommend using a different app because they don’t offer a free trial either.
