I received an item of terrible quality!
I received a terrible quality product! I received a torn top. The seam at the bottom parted, the threads stick out. The fabric is good, but the tailoring is terrible. This was not the case before. I can not return the goods, because no one will return the customs fee to me. The item was $200 cheaper.

I did not get my money back after the return and the customer service is ignoring me
In the beginning of August I bought a pair of sneakers that didn't fit me and decided to return them but there were not necessary documents in the box. I contacted customer service. They were answering very slowly (once in a week maybe) but eventually sent me the docs. After that I was waiting for a couple of weeks (!!) before they arranged a courier simply because they ignored my emails. I could send the package back only on the 30th of August. And from that time NO news from them whatsoever. I was writing a lot of emails and the only answer is “I will verify the situation and update you as soon as possible”. For two months. This is disgusting. I have no idea how to get my money back.
