Poor quality service
I had bought an expensive belt and after 3 months the belt started scratching off. They offered 10 percent discount on my next purchase. I refused this vile offer and insisted that I do not deserve compensation and that this is ware and tare :) They really take long to answer emails and their replies seems like AI repeating the same things
Appalling customer service - stay away!
It amazes me how someone selling big ends brands can have this terrible customer service. They accepted my money, but my order haven’t been processed and it’s been days now. Support doesn’t reply to the phone nor emails. Same “let’s ignore these fools” logic seems to apply in Facebook page as well.
Feedback
Navigating the kids collection is not user friendly; search does not produce images of requested items. When an item is tapped onto you cannot go back to where you where but have to commence all over again. Would help to have a page down button since pages are long (which is very positive as it offers a generous selection which I love) Thank you for the opportunity to shop an amazing array of items. Bad after sale service
3 shirts with total over 15 k sr one I need to return but no carrier will show up and the other shirt I’m still waiting for reviewing, but I paid for it for more than a week the third one. I’m also still trying to return it.
Lying to your customers
Try to use promo code, but it kept saying invalid
About my orders arrived
Few years ago your company use. DHL until 3-4 years ago use FedEx. But I like. DHL much better. Because the item need signatures, but FedEx just placed and go. That’s why I worry my package stolen by someone.
Horrific customer service
This is a dangerous third-party way to shop as they claim to have zero responsibility over returns. I purchased a product that was the wrong size. Tried to return it unworn but the boutique that sold the product through farfetched refused to take it. No help was provided by Farfetch even though I made the purchase through them. Never again.

Farfetch is easy to work! And can find anything you are looking for on the luxury side!
