Very easy to use with the apps, smooth process and hopefully my offwhite lanyard still in stock. Not like other competitor i tried before which still advertise no stock item. And the refund process so bad!! I think u guys know which online platform it is.😅

I have place an order on last month until now I didn’t receive my order. I informed customer service but they ask me to wait. I don’t know I how long I still need to wait and I even made a few international call but they still can’t solve my problem. I hope your company will take more serious action on this matter. I TOTALLY FED UP and DISAPPOINTED for your services.

How come my order can’t check always had a problem
Bad Customer Service - Order cancelled despite successful payments
I’ve made an order at 50% discounted rate. Payment were successfully authorised. Wrote to Farfetch to get update and they responded that my parcel is being packaged. Receive a cancellation the next day and “full refund” is provided. I was not even offered a platform to rectify payment or use another card not being offered the same price for the same item. One important thing, the item was priced at normal price the moment I checked again. Wrote to their customer service to no avail.
